OASIS of NWA and WOMEN'S WORK are all about volunteerism.  We want to be your way of paying it forward and giving back to the people who raised, educated, and mentored you.

Volunteer Your Time

Volunteers are needed right now to work matching grant hours at the Bella Vista Recycling Center.  For every hour worked, the Recycling Center will give OASIS NWA $7.50 -- up to $1000.  Our grant can be renewed for more matching funds.

NETWORKING
Do you belong to local organizations or clubs which the women might want to participate in?  Do you know someone who is looking for an apprentice on the job?  Sign up in our volunteer database to share your connection.  Being good neighbors and responsible citizens is a goal of the clients of OASIS of Northwest Arkansas and Women's Work.

In-Kind Donations Welcome

In kind donations needed for the townhome: 2 small waste baskets, kitchen waste can with lid, vacuum cleaner, 3 flashlights, small bookcase or two, desk, desk chair, hangers; flour, sugar, cereal cannisters; drink coasters, computer, printer, 2 radio/CD players. (List posted 2/5/12)

MENTOR INSTRUCTORS

Mentors and instructors are needed to support these women in learning skills for home, employment, education, recreation, etc. Sign up to be in our database of volunteers who are willing to share their experience and skill through mentoring.
